Karen is a native of Memphis, TN, and has worked exclusively with the AutoZone account since joining N.A. Williams Company in 1990. Prior to joining N.A. Williams Company, Karen worked for AutoZone holding various supportive roles within the merchandising department. Karen has been associated with AutoZone for over 20 years, and has acquired key knowledge of the way they operate, making her extremely effective with this important customer.
