Heidy Guzman is an experienced business manager with over 10 years of experience in sales, customer service, project and product management across several industries. She worked in the insurance industry as a commercial training manager and financial advisor at Seguros Monterrey New York Life from 2007 to 2012. Later she moved into the IT industry working as product and project manager, leading the development process and commercialization of technology platforms focused on compliance, organization, and monitoring the commercial operations of the companies.

Heidy joined the N.A. Williams team in November 2020. Since then, her past professional experience has been key to managing new specialty accounts and markets. She enjoys administrating programs, developing new products & lines, analyzing data, and solving problems to support manufacturer/retailer needs.

Heidy holds a degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Statistics, both from Monterrey Institute of Technology (ITESM). She recently obtained a certificate in Data Analytics from the same institution.
