Chip is a native of Detroit, MI and a graduate of Eastern Michigan University. He began his aftermarket career in 1981 with the Eastman Kosutic Agency. In 1986, he moved to Indianapolis to open an office for that agency and in 1998 purchased the Indiana division creating Gagnier & Associates. In May of 2000, Chip merged Gagnier & Associates into N. A. Williams. Chip is a Vice President of the company and the Senior Executive responsible for NAPA and Balkamp. He has been involved with the Balkamp account for 22 years and has developed extremely strong relationships at every level.
