Carl comes to NA Williams with over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. He started his career as an auto technician, quickly advancing his way up to service manager. He was recruited by Napa in 2005, to work for the Tool & Equipment division. In 2011, Carl joined Grinold & O’Brien Sales as a manufacturer’s representative calling on both heavy & light duty customers throughout New England. Carl’s passion to exceed his customers’ expectations & grow sales is evident in the number of “Manufacturer’s Representative of the Year” awards he’s earned in his time selling heavy duty & automotive parts as well as tools & equipment.
